Dear Friend,
It has been many weeks since the last edition of American Editorial Review, but only two issues have received significant attention from major American newspapers. First is the fence-wall-barrier, whatever it should be called. The second is the Palestinian resistance to Arafat's rule. An article of particular interest is by Prof. Falk, who details a surprising similarity between the opinions of the International Court of Justice and the Israeli Supreme Court, i.e., the decisions were not opposed to a fence per se, but to its location.
