Dear Friend,
Most of the editorials
about the Hamas victory see it as a setback for peace -- but not necessarily.
Time will tell!
The only thing that
is certain is that after many decades with small, incremental changes,
the entire political landscape has been shaken up during the past two
months, and it is not clear how it will settle down.
Sincerely,
Arthur S. Obermayer
